WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding and attracting top talent, an understanding of the recruitment processes, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. As a Recruiter at Manychat, you will play a critical role in identifying and bringing in the best candidates to support our company’s growth and success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and hiring.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on Marketing and Creative roles, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and recruit top talent across various roles and levels.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and other recruitment tools.
