Registered Nurse – RN Salary: $41.25 - 48.25/hour depending on experience + Shift Differentials Schedule: FT Dayshift OR FT Nightshift, three 12-hour shifts, every other weekend Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a meaningful role where your skills directly contribute to patient recovery? What You’ll Do As an addiction recovery RN at RCA, you will: • Provide individualized care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans. • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic patient care. • Educate patients and families on addiction recovery processes and effective self-care strategies. • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, confidential documentation. • Foster a safe and supportive environment that respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals. What We’re Looking For • An active RN license in Pennsylvania • A minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or related fields (preferred). • Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it during orientation. • Strong clinical judgment and the capacity to manage medical and behavioral health emergencies effectively. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to compassionate patient care.
