Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various renovation tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This role is essential in transforming spaces and enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. Duties • Perform flooring installation, ensuring precision and quality in every project. • Fabricate custom components as needed for renovations. • Execute hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. • Restore existing structures to their original condition or better. • Plumb fixtures and systems accurately to meet project specifications. • Engage in frame carpentry to construct walls, frames, and other structural elements. • Carry out masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting. • Manage construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed. • Install cabinets with attention to detail for optimal functionality and aesthetics. • Hang doors efficiently, ensuring proper alignment and operation. Qualifications • Proven experience in renovation or construction roles is preferred. • Strong skills in flooring installation, framing carpentry, plumbing, masonry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fabrication. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. • Knowledge of construction site safety practices and regulations. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks over extended periods. • Must be able to pass a background and drug test Join our team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional renovation services.
