Information générale:

Relevant de la vice-présidente des opérations de vente, le représentant au soutien à la clientèle, appuiera l'équipe de gestion des comptes du Québec, Atlantique et Alberta, en coordonnant les appels d'offres des clients, notamment la création et la gestion des opportunités dans notre outil SRM, la coordination de la revue des conditions générales du client avec notre service juridique et notre Assureur, pour aider le client à résoudre les problèmes d'exécution des commandes, etc.) et interagir de façon soutenue avec le client et les usines concernées.

Responsabilités:

  • Travailler en Ă©troite collaboration avec les directeurs de compte, nos agents et les Ă©quipes de ventes techniques des unitĂ©s d'affaires afin d'assurer une interface unique auprès des clients.
  • Supporter nos agents externes dans les rĂ©gions.
  • En tant que membre de l'Ă©quipe des ventes de première ligne (FES), promouvoir et aider Ă  vendre nos produits et services afin de contribuer Ă  atteindre les objectifs rĂ©gionaux et des canaux de vente de l'Ă©quipe FES.
  • Assumer la responsabilitĂ© et la coordination des appels d'offres avec les unitĂ©s opĂ©rationnelles afin d'assurer un processus de soumission efficace et rapide.
  • RĂ©pondre (par Ă©crit et par tĂ©lĂ©phone) aux demandes de renseignements des clients au quotidien, aux demandes d'information, de documentation, de devis, de suivi des commandes, etc.
  • Filtrer et transmettre les pistes de vente Ă  fort potentiel au directeur de comptes et au directeur rĂ©gional des ventes, tout en agissant Ă  titre de point de contact unique auprès des clients.
  • Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients et les unitĂ©s opĂ©rationnelles.
  • Identifier et aider Ă  crĂ©er de nouveaux outils et processus de vente afin de mieux soutenir les clients.
  • Soutenir et utiliser des outils et des processus pour obtenir un retour d'information sur le marchĂ©, y compris les niveaux de prix et les activitĂ©s de la concurrence.
  • GĂ©rer de manière proactive la satisfaction et l'insatisfaction des clients (CCRP).

Qualifications:

  • 5 ans d'expĂ©rience en contact direct avec la clientèle
  • ExpĂ©rience dans le secteur de l'Ă©lectricitĂ©, un atout
  • ExpĂ©rience de la vente, un atout
  • DiplĂ´me en gĂ©nie ou l'Ă©quivalent, un atout
  • HabiletĂ©s Ă  travailler au sein d'une Ă©quipe interfonctionnelle comprenant le client et nos unitĂ©s de production et de maintenance
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en matière de communication verbale et Ă©crite (français et anglais obligatoire)
  • Aptitude Ă  travailler de manière autonome et Ă  respecter des dĂ©lais serrĂ©s
  • Aptitude Ă  gĂ©rer plusieurs tâches simultanĂ©ment
  • Orientation client et solides compĂ©tences en matière d'Ă©tablissement de relations
  • Connaissance de l'outil de vente SalesForce CRM (un atout)

General Information:

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the Customer Support Representative will support the Quebec, Atlantic and Alberta account management team by coordinating customer tenders, including the creation and management of opportunities. in our SRM tool, coordinating the review of the customer's terms & conditions with our legal department and our Insurer, to help the customer resolve order execution problems, etc.) and interacting in a sustained manner with the customer and the factories concerned.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Managers, Regional Industry Sales Manager, sales agents and Business Units (BU) technical sales teams, to provide a single interface to the customer.
  • Support the 3rd Party Agents in the regions.
  • As integral member of the Front End Sales (FES) team, promote and help sell our products and services to help achieve the FES Regional and Channel objectives.
  • Responsible for RFQs and bid coordination with the BUs for efficient and timely submittal of bids.
  • Handle and respond (in writing and by phone), to customer inquiries on a day to day basis, for requests for information, literature, quotations, order follow-ups, etc.
  • Responsible for filtering and escalating leads with high potential to the Regional Sales Director, while acting as single point of contact to the customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the Business Units.
  • Identify and help create new tools and processes, to better support customers.
  • Support and use group tools and processes, for market feedback, including pricing levels and competitor activities.
  • Proactively manage customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction (CCRP).

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of customer facing experience
  • Electrical Industry experience would be an asset
  • Sales experience would be an asset
  • Engineering Degree or equivalent would be an asset
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team environment which includes the customer and our production and Service units;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (Mandatory in both French and English);
  • Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Customer orientation and strong relationship building skills;
  • Knowledge of the Sales Force CRM tool would be an asset.
