Position Overview: We are looking for a professional electrician withat least 3 years of hands-on experience (beyond apprenticeship)to perform residential electrical service work. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Compensation & Benefits: • Pay Range:$50,000–$100,000/year (based on experience)plus performance bonuses • Benefits:Medical insurance, SIMPLE IRA with company match, life insurance (after 90 days), paid holidays, and 80 hours of PTO annually Paid training and continuing education opportunities • Fully stocked company truck, uniforms, iPad • Fun contests, team events, and group outings • Opportunities for advancement within the company • Responsibilities: Perform residential electrical service and repair work • Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions • Install, maintain, and repair wiring, outlets, panels, and lighting systems • Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code and local regulations • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service • Promote additional services and products when appropriate • Qualifications: • Minimum3 years verifiable experienceas a service electrician (not as an apprentice) Sales or customer-facing experience preferred • Proficient in the National Electrical Code • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and navigate tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, under houses) • • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism
