Robotic Welder

Job Title: Robotic Welder Job Type:Full-time Location:NJ Salary:$18-20/hr Shift:[Day - 6:00am to 2:30pm/Night - 2:30pm to 11:00pm] Job Summary: We are seeking a skilledRobotic Welderto join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating robotic welding machines to join metal parts, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: • Operate robotic welding machines to fuse metal components according to specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols. • Set up welding equipment, adjust settings, and monitor weld quality. • Inspect finished welds for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear, including gloves, goggles, and welding shields. • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications & Skills: • Previous experience as a robotic welder or in a similar manufacturing/welding role preferred. • Ability to read and interpret Blueprints. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify welding defects. • Basic mechanical skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in welding. • Welding certification (AWS, CWB, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
