What You Will Do

You'll play a crucial role in facilitating effective technical services to our customers, collaborating closely with users, customers, systems administrators, and other systems engineers. As part of a robust IT customer support function, you'll leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to detect, investigate, and resolve software and hardware issues. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch technical solutions and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you to make a significant impact.

• Manage and provide application level upgrades to TruckMate SaaS customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding TMS applications and integrations
• Develop and buildout monitoring and alerting solutions for customer environments
• Maintain inventory of customer servers, versions, application configurations
• Act as subject matter expert to organization for existing and new Cloud solutions
• Manage technical systems administration and operation of infrastructure management
• To administer and implement improvements to accommodate growth annually promote effective IT practices for onboarding of new clients
• Facilitate the support of subscription services delivery through 24/7/365 operations support
• Support Azure, Microsoft and Citrix technologies delivering services to our clients
• On call rotation

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• TruckMate TMS experience
• Microsoft Azure Experience
• Powershell Scripting Experience
• Windows Server and Active Directory administration
• Troubleshooting various system and server issues
• Experience in patch management, MS SQL concepts and general networking
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Terminal Services / Remote Desktop
• Familiarity with IIS/Apache
• Ticket handling experience
• Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
