Sales Associate

Sales/Warehouse Associate is responsible for selling Shop N Save Diamond Tool complete product line to customer (Walk in / Online Call In). The person will be responsible to take / fulfill orders & payments, stocking and reconcilng inventory in store and warehouse, keeping store front clean tidy and presentable, delivery of orders to USPS / UPS / Customers as needed, take calls from customers and field sales reps, and act as backup field sales rep per need basis. The position will report to Operation Manager. About Shop N Save Diamond Tools Shop N Save Diamond Tools (https://www.shopnsavemart.com) is based in San Jose, CA. We manufacture, distribute, and retail diamond tools and supplies used in stone fabrication, concrete polishing cutting, tile setting cutting, glass-masonry industry. Duties And Responsibilities: • Sell products to walkin customers in store, take online orders, as needed visit customers and potential customers to sell products and order delivery • Replenish inventory in the Store, Reconcile inventory in Store / Warehouse • Keeping the storefront clean, presentable, and safe • Follow up on customer orders and new leads • Process order returns • Delivery of orders to customers / UPS / USPS / Fedex etc • Receive products in warehouse as needed • Act as a backup field sales rep as per need basis only Skills Required: • Sales experience • Ability to learn about stone fabrication products and their use cases • Basic computer skills and average typing speed • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds using safe methods • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time and space effectively • Self-starter, result-oriented and a quick learner, good team player • Experience in managing inventory is a plus • Fluency in Spanish speaking is a plus • Clean driving record is a plus This position must pass a post-offer background check Position: Full-Time Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: • Monday to Friday Language: • Spanish (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
