We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our corporate headquarters in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This in-office role provides administrative and operational support to the Retail Sales organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination across teams. The Sales Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records, supporting sales initiatives, and helping the sales team achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Organize and coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and arranging travel for the sales team
β’ Maintain and update customer databases in CRM systems and other platforms
β’ Prepare and generate sales reports, track key performance indicators, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
β’ Process product sample requests with accuracy and timeliness
β’ File and organize contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation
β’ Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information
β’ Track and manage inventory of sales-related materials and equipment
β’ Coordinate sales team priorities to ensure alignment with business objectives
β’ Assist in preparing and delivering professional sales presentations
β’ Provide administrative and logistical support to sales team members
β’ Monitor sales performance and support efforts to meet or exceed targets
β’ Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree
β’ 2β3 years of experience in a similar role
β’ Strong organizational and communication skills
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
