Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our corporate headquarters in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This in-office role provides administrative and operational support to the Retail Sales organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination across teams. The Sales Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records, supporting sales initiatives, and helping the sales team achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities • Organize and coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and arranging travel for the sales team • Maintain and update customer databases in CRM systems and other platforms • Prepare and generate sales reports, track key performance indicators, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities • Process product sample requests with accuracy and timeliness • File and organize contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information • Track and manage inventory of sales-related materials and equipment • Coordinate sales team priorities to ensure alignment with business objectives • Assist in preparing and delivering professional sales presentations • Provide administrative and logistical support to sales team members • Monitor sales performance and support efforts to meet or exceed targets • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Why Join Sofidel America • Competitive salary and benefits package • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) match and retirement savings options • Professional development and training opportunities • A dynamic and collaborative work environment • Opportunity to contribute to a global leader in sustainable manufacturing Equal Opportunity Employer Sofidel America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
