Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at BloXroute. As the SDR you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the early stages of the sales funnel. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and promoting BloXroute's products and services to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek and cultivate new relationships within the Defi/Blockchain segment focusing on Ethereum, BSC, Solana 
  • Engage in daily prospecting initiatives on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead qualification and meeting scheduling
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales team on best practices to move forward
  • Collaborate internally with sales and marketing to ensure seamless handoff of leads
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the blockchain space
  • Drive referrals by your exceptional work
  • Maintain and track all records in the CRM
  • Prepare and report to BD lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to prospect new opportunities 
  • Possess a track record of being a top producer in your previous companies
  • Exceptional communication skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of blockchain/Defi technology is required
  • Knowledge using a CRM system
  • Strong desire and ability for growth within a sales organization
