This role will specifically work as a Sales Development Representative within one of Radicle Health's largest businesses, Foothold Technologies. Foothold is a software development company built to give human services agencies the freedom to focus on their mission of improving people’s lives. In This Role, You Will:
- Drive growth by building a revenue pipeline for setting introductory meetings with influencers and key decision-makers in the healthcare sector
- Research and develop new and existing accounts through diligent outbound calling, strategic email, and other campaigns to engage and expand our business
- Collaborate and Communicate: Apply effective communication skills, working closely with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams
- Create and advance sales strategies in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, experimenting with new strategies, and amplifying your successes by sharing insights with your team
- Attend market events to represent Radicle Health
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales development or similar role in a SaaS company; healthtech or healthcare experience preferred
- 1-2 years experience outbound prospecting
- 1-2 years experience cold calling, writing prospecting emails, and using other forms of prospect engagement
- Experience working within mid-market sales preferred
- Previous experience with sales tools such as: Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or others

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic outreach plans, including email and social media campaigns, to generate leads and build the sales pipeline.
- Analytical Abilities: Competence in analyzing prospect needs and tailoring engagements to address their business challenges and opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Time Management and Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable working in rapidly changing environments, adapting strategies as needed, and demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team success and open to continuous learning and improvement.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, with a passion for technology and healthcare innovation.
Other Information:
- Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 OTE
- Location: Remote, 10% travel to conferences and industry events
