We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for technology. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by understanding customer needs, demonstrating the value of our solutions, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution planning and technical support for customers migrating to the cloud, ensuring the feasibility of business migration.
• Manage customer needs during cloud migration, analyze and resolve cloud-related issues.
• Manage and drive projects related to user cloud migration, ensuring successful completion.
• Understand customer business architecture, empower customers, and drive upgrades in operational and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Drive project implementation and replicable solutions, promote collaboration, and optimize architecture and products.
• Continuously accumulate cloud delivery experience, standardize delivery processes, improve quality and efficiency, and reduce implementation costs.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the internet or gaming industry, with a background in operations or as a cloud architect in major cloud computing companies.
• Familiarity with mainstream cloud services such as distributed computing, distributed storage, virtualization, containers, databases, microservices frameworks, big data, and security.
• Background in industries like data centers and cloud computing, with an understanding of user demands for cloud computing.
• Strong sensitivity to new technologies and industry trends, with an interest and ability to solve problems and research new technologies, and a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
• Excellent documentation skills, able to clearly express architectural intentions through text and diagrams, and proficient in writing various technical documents.
• Prior experience in IT delivery and project delivery in public/private clouds is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent problem-solving and fault-finding abilities, good technical sensitivity, and risk identification skills.
• Experience in teamwork, strong learning ability, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel.
• Priority given to those with qualifications from Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, or equivalent certifications.
• Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred, with fluency in Chinese as an added advantage.
