About the Role:
As a Sales Insights Manager you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales and driving revenue growth across ASEAN. You will be reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations and be responsible for conducting data & performance analysis providing Go-to-Market (GTM) insights and managing sales efficiency tools. This high-impact position requires a strong analytical mindset attention to detail and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:

Optimize and manage sales tools systems and processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows

Work closely with the Revenue Operations leadership to identify trends and business opportunities in order to drive data influenced decisions and optimize results

Conduit between commercial and BI for fast paced data driven decision making/pivot

Build custom validated dashboards/reports that target growth across Sales Profile

Establish source of truth leveraging existing or market data across key business drivers

Own and manage the sales teamsβ data/workspaces within Outreach and other sales efficiency tools

Help improve sales force productivity through the development of new tools leveraging AI

Enforce Sales Objectives & Key Results (OKR) β build action plans to solve business problems

Work collaboratively with sales leaders to continually refine the sales force architecture and territory mapping

Providing Intelligence to incentivize/drive positive sales behavior (targets/comms) and score leads/deals using various databases and tools

Support leadership meetings with necessary summary sales and pipeline reporting

Lead sales process adoption and compliance by working with a wide range of stakeholders
Minimum qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Engineering Statistics or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.

Advanced proficiency in google sheets and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)

Proven experience in sales analytics operations and strategy
-
Proficiency in CRM tools preferably HubSpot
-
Knowledge of B2B lead sourcing databases (Apollo.io /Crunchbase) is a plus
-
Familiarity with sales efficiency tools (outreach.io) for email outreach and efficient leads management is a plus
-
Knowledge of SQL and BI tools is a plus

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across departments
