About the job
In this role, we are seeking two new Sales Managers who will play a crucial role in driving sales for our Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems Scrubbers. Your role will involve driving and supporting our sales companies in developing strategic, tactical, and operational sales plans, as well as generating leads for both new and established customers within the defined region. Your key responsibilities include:

Collaborate closely with Alfa Laval sales companies, to identify opportunities, conduct market research, and engage with potential customers.

Provide technical expertise to drive sales growth and meet targets effectively.

Develop sales and marketing tools and ensure training and education of our sales companies.

Lead commercial discussions and ensure smooth transitions from lead to sale.

Act as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers.

Offer technical assistance and guidance to customers and Alfa Laval sales companies.

Collaborate with process and application teams to address technical inquiries.
About you
As a person, you are a commercial-minded, self-driven sales leader with strong sales acumen. You will lead our external sales activities in collaboration with Alfa Laval sales companies, requiring a proactive approach and a strong desire to succeed. You possess a natural ability to connect with people and develop and maintain strong relationships.
Required Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in marine engineering or mechanical engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales with expertise in selling to shipowners and shipyards.

You have good written and verbal communication skills in English along with a good understanding of the Microsoft Office package.
Preferred Qualifications:

Good understanding of Marine industry.
