What You’ll Do: • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve individual and team sales goals. • Oversee and manage membership sales, ensuring a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction. • Implement and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth and increase revenue. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members. • Provide training and coaching to ensure the team delivers exceptions customer service. • Collaborate with marketing to support the promotional campaigns and events.
