Sales Manager

Sales Managers are responsible for: Mainline Health Fitness & Wellness Center is a hospital based fitness center providing a unique opportunity for ambitious, business savvy and enthusiastic individuals. Use your passion for the fitness industry by becoming a core member of our team and an integral part of our members’ experience. We are looking for a seasoned sales manager to come join our team. Our Sales Manager position has the opportunity to represent the center throughout the community by spending the majority of their day networking with business owners and promoting the services through events to bring new members through the door. They are responsible for daily lead generation, prospecting and individual sales goals as well as driving a successful sales team. Sales Managers also build relationships in and out of the center to ensure a strong referral base and community presence. Responsibility: • Conducting tours of the facility while explaining the benefit of a structured and customized fitness program • Present available services to current or prospective members while connecting to the individuals wants/needs • Daily lead generation internally and externally • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales goals • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community/hospital events) to promote the center driving the sales team to reach their personal as well as center goals-training new staff Qualifications: • Be able to lead a successful and cohesive sales team as well as maintain personal sales goals • Have outside prospecting and networking experience • Experience developing new staff members to grow within the organization and two years of prior sales management experience Compensation and Benefits : • Base salary along with commission • Monthly Bonus potential for reaching sales goals • Health Insurance –medical, dental, and vision after 60 days • 401K plan • Paid Time Off • Complimentary Membership with 20% discount on ancillary services (Personal Training, Pilates, Small Group Training and Aquatics) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
