SUMMARY: The Affinity Group Sales Manager is to provide leadership, mentoring and career development to the sales team. This position is also deeply knowledgeable with Foodservice Distributors, Contract Feeders and Regional Accounts and builds and maintains close relationships with decision makers.
Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and career development coaching to Sales Team.
  • To assist our sales reps to reach sales and budget projections.
  • Provide Strong representation of all products sold.
  • Maximize sales potentials with all products at every account.
  • Achieve sales projections and targets.
  • Participate at industry trade shows.
  • To participate in various product demonstrations and in-house promotions. 

The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Must have Minimum of 5 years +, Foodservice experience. 
  • Must have experience working with Major Distributors, Contract Feeders and Regional Accounts. 
  • Have a proven track record of foodservice sales, excellent understanding of marketing and operator programs.
  • Have excellent communication skills both in French and English written and oral.
  • Have excellent negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Have excellent presentation skills - in both the boardroom and kitchen.
  • Be a self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
