What you will do
The Sales Support Representative receives customer and/or sales force communication and acts as a liaison regarding pricing, scheduling, shipping, and returns while in line with our KPI's. Focuses on customer satisfaction through teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with integrity while providing a responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
- Answer all incoming calls from your assigned phone queue while following our Call Quality rubric to ensure we are providing exceptional customer experience for our customers.
- Works alongside Customer Care leadership and Sales Team to track and reach monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Participates in Projects for Sales Support/Customer Care as directed by CC Manager.
- Builds rapport with other Sales Support Team members. Works well with other groups in Customer Care and cross-functionally as needed to improve the overall customer experience.
- Participates in huddles by offering ideas/input.
- Is knowledgeable of the team's metrics and goals for the division.
- Good time management and organizational skills that allow for efficient and timely SLAs.
- Manages/Supports regions that are assigned to them.
- Ability to work autonomously while exhibiting basic problem-solving skills. Will be responsible for making logical effective business decisions.
- Basic knowledge of backlog reporting and strategy.
- Basic knowledge of purchase orders and quoting while utilizing CRM and ERP tools to process orders. Responsible for accuracy as the front line for data entry. Coordinate shipments to meet customer needs. Provide price and product availability information.
- Research sales/customer problems or questions. This may involve going through customer files, reviewing existing orders, and consulting with other employees and/or customers.
- Assists with administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Basic Knowledge of Sales Support processes. Can train over the fundamentals for new hires and members who are interested in cross-training.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Primary equipment may include a computer, telephone, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, SFDC, EIM, and CRM tools.
What you need
- High School Diploma required
- 2+ years experience in customer service environment or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Stryker Communications business systems.
- Ability to communicate well with customers, sales force, project managers, supervisor, and co-workers in both written and verbal communication.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective analytical skills; demonstrate organizational skills
- Proven leadership skills amongst peers.
- Ability to task team members and delegate workload.
- Prioritize work and follow up. Excellent multitasking skills required.
- Analyzing and solve problems independently.
- Execution and service oriented.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a minimal amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc.
