Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join Rapidscale. Your primary responsibility is to provide pre & post-sales administrative support for assigned service areas. Supports the sales team with order processing and paperwork preparation and to ensure efficient contract management for our growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and operational support throughout the sales process.

Contract Management:
  • Support the contract lifecycle, including contract delivery, execution, and renewal.
  • Review and analyze executed contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to resolve any contract-related issues and ensure accurate documentation.

Contract Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers regarding contract-related inquiries and requests.

Contract Coordination:
  • Monitor and maintain contract & addendum records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years' experience in a related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales support and contract management roles in software as a service, managed services, supply chain, manufacturing, education, technology, or any related cloud computing industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles, legal terms, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales support tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in contract management and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving business needs.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Education, Liberal Arts or a related field.
