Job Description

REMOTE - SaaS Sales Training experience is required for consideration.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer II to join our sales enablement team. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating developing and delivering advanced sales training programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of our sales team. You will work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs design and deliver curriculum and ensure that our salesforce is equipped to meet and exceed their targets.

Duties- Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver advanced sales training programs including onboarding product training sales methodologies and soft skills development.

  • Facilitation: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for sales teams using a variety of instructional techniques to engage and educate participants.

  • Sales Coaching: Provide one-on-one skill review and coaching to sales representatives offering constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.

  • Content Creation: Develop training materials including presentations manuals job aids and e-learning modules tailored to the needs of different sales roles.

  • Assessment & Evaluation: Create assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees through observation testing and feedback.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends sales techniques and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership product teams and other stakeholders to ensure that training content aligns with company goals product updates and sales strategies.

  • Reporting: Track and report on training outcomes including participant satisfaction knowledge retention and impact on sales performance.

  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior trainers and support the development of the overall sales training program.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Education or a related field. Advanced certifications in sales training or adult learning are a plus.

  • Sales Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales processes methodologies (e.g. Challenger SPIN Sandler) and best practices.

  • Training Skills: Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs both in-person and virtually.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Coaching & Mentoring: Strong coaching skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales professionals to achieve their full potential.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g. LMS CRM e-learning platforms) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve programs.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust training strategies to meet evolving business needs.

  • Instructional Design: Experience with content writing tools (e.g. Articulate Captivate Canva WalkMe Adobe).

Travel - 25%   possible by plane or car and overnights.

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.In addition to the compensation listed this position may be eligible for equity compensation and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range

$76000—$126600 USD
