About the Role


Qsic is seeking a dynamic, action-oriented Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the development and execution of our Salesforce capabilities, ensuring they align with the company’s operational model and growth trajectory.

This senior role is central to modernizing our CRM systems end-to-end, bridging teams across the US and APAC regions, and enabling collaboration across sales, operations, and finance departments to prioritize and execute critical business objectives.

We are a market leader in retail audio technology with contracts spanning 18,000 stores and ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities


Primary Projects and Deliverables:

Modernize existing workflows for enterprise customers, including service calls, service delivery, lead workflows, compliance integration, and revenue object management.

Maintain and improve Salesforce profile layouts and system validation/controls.

Architect new project structures, including inventory management, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), revenue objects, compliance, and sales tax integrations.

Develop and refine reporting and analytics tools to provide actionable insights for the operations team.

Implement Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement.

Map Salesforce backend integrations with Qsic domain IP and APIs.

Optimize Salesforce data structures, focusing on contact databases and key customer information.

Ongoing and Secondary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system improvements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Recommend and execute enhancements to the Salesforce planning framework.

Provide technical leadership for Salesforce-related projects, ensuring scalability and efficiency.


Qualifications


Required Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5-7 years of IT experience, including 2-4 years of progressive Salesforce development experience (e.g., Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud).

Strong proficiency in Salesforce architecture and technical development.

Expertise with Salesforce integration, automation, and data optimization techniques.

Experience with tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence, LeanIX, and Python.

Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Proven ability to deliver scalable, impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Salesforce Technical Architect certification or similar credentials.

Experience with CPQ or compliance-related systems.

Familiarity with API integrations and advanced reporting tools like Tableau.
