SAP Consultant - Asset Management

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a managing consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. This position is expected to provide sustainment support to the client related to SAP FI especially the Asset Management (AM) module. The analyst will provide expert advice to end users accomplishing timely resolution of help desk support tickets and enhancement work as well as leading fiscal year end closing support of the AM module.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design development and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity amplification and maintainability that meet client needs.
• Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time budget and quality.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP Process knowledge: 10+ Years experience with SAP processes and workflows.
• Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: 5+ Years hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP Asset Management (AM) designing configuring and supporting business processes. Must have or be able to obtain a Secret DoD clearance – US citizenship required
• Bachelor’s Degree in a recognized technical engineering scientific managerial business or other discipline related to
• area of expertise. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelors Degree.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
• Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
• Federal experience
• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
• Experience in the software development lifecycle in a Tier 2 environment surrounding requirements gathering analysis design development documentation test (unit functional integration regression stress and user acceptance) implementation and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting various SAP modules
