SAP Analyst - User Management

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a managing consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills work across different disciplines take on new challenges and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Provides knowledge and expertise to develop test and maintain SAP roles including troubleshooting roles security issues and providing customer support.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 7 or more years SAP experience and thorough knowledge of SAP Infrastructure
• Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in an SAP environment supporting User Access Requirements User Provisioning SAP Roles development and SAP Roles Management including the use of SAP Evaluating performance results and recommending major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
• Experience in the software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering analysis design role development documentation testing implementation and post-production support of standard and custom roles supporting various SAP modules

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher – US Citizenship is required

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 5 years User Management experience
• Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
• Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
• Federal experience
• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
• Focus on customer service and responsiveness with sound customer handling skills
