SAP Finance - Senior/Lead Consultant

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Finance Consultant to join our Finance Stream. You will be working and leading on end-to-end implementations as well as high-level support tickets. You can be based in either of our offices or work from home with travel required for key project deliverables.

What you will be doing

• Provide thought leadership to our customers in SAP Financials and Controlling through active engagement and relationship building with customers and SAP
• Design, configure and test SAP S/4HANA by strict information system standards and documentation requirements
• Support the customer post-implementation and/or transfer knowledge to support staff based on the adopted functionality and operating procedures.
• Document system configuration, technical specifications and procedures, ensuring that they are maintained, reflect best practices for user requirements, and appropriately comply with recognised accounting policies.
• Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions for our customers where efficiencies can be achieved

Your qualifications and experience

• Minimum of 7 years experience consulting in SAP Finance, ideally in an Australian setting in the resources industry
• Tertiary qualifications in commerce/finance/accounting or related degree
• Experience in private and public cloud implementations
• SAP Certifications in Finance would be an additionalplus
• Ability to actively identify and improve SAP solutions, processes and functionality
• Strong analytical, configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills in English 
• Consulting excellence in a customer facing position
