Your Role and Responsibilities
A SAP Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the delivery of SAP (Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing) projects and solutions to clients or within an organization. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of SAP projects from initiation to closure and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet client requirements and expectations. Overall a SAP Delivery Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of SAP projects ensuring that they are completed on time within scope and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders. Effective communication strong project management skills and a solid understanding of SAP technologies are essential for excelling in this role.

- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans including tasks timelines resource allocation and dependencies.
- Coordinate project activities ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates gather feedback and manage expectations.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team including SAP consultants developers analysts and other stakeholders.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise and availability.
- Provide guidance and support to team members ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery and escalate when necessary.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and client requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks testing and validation of SAP solutions.
- Change Management:
- Assist clients and stakeholders in managing changes to project scope schedule and requirements.
- Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on project timelines and resources.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including project plans status reports risk registers and meeting minutes.
- Project Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor project progress against the established plan and identify any deviations.
- Generate regular status reports and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Closure and Post-Implementation Activities:
- Conduct project closure activities including finalizing documentation and obtaining client sign-off.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP delivery process.
- Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and streamline project delivery workflows.
- Technical Knowledge and Collaboration:
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand the intricacies of SAP solutions and ensure accurate delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- SAP-accredited certification.
- At least 8 yearsβ experience as SAP consultant.
- Current knowledge of SAP systems deployment and system integration.
- Great collaboration interpersonal and communication skills.
- Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong mix of Functional & Technical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with all levels of stakeholders.
- NATO country passport.
- NATO Security Clearance or possibility to get one.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English languages.
