Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Managing Consultant SAP (SCM) you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Activate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills work across different disciplines take on new challenges and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design development and implementation of SAP supply chain solutions for optimizing efficiency cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction that meet client needs.
• Team Delivery leadership: Support your team and our customers across different technology stacks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between demand planning procurement production and distribution.

In this role you will be directly contributing to the safety and wellbeing of Norway and Norwegian citizens and NATO community by improving and expending the SAP footprint while taking the highest security standards for granted. Our client(s) has/have one of the most complex SAP environment in Norway with many modules implemented state of the art.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Hands-on SAP configuration experience with a minimum of one end-to-end implementation from project preparation to go-live as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• SAP Process knowledge: Experience with SAP supply chain and/or logistics processes and workflows
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA: Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments & track record in the implementation in one of S/4HANA Logistics modules: MM PM or SCM
• SAP Certifications: Holder of SAP certifications.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Norwegian (Bokmål)
