Your role and responsibilities
Manage and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP platforms using tools such as SAP Data Services LSMW or others.
Implement and administer MDG solutions to manage master data across different systems ensuring data consistency and compliance with regulations.
Utilize BDC techniques to automate data entry processes enhancing efficiency and reducing manual errors.
Develop and maintain data migration strategies including data cleansing transformation and validation procedures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues often requiring a deep dive into SAP tables and interfaces.
Document data processes and procedures creating user guides and training materials where necessary.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP data management.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge in data management best practices.

Required technical and professional expertise
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. An advanced degree would be beneficial.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role.
In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP modules preferably across several areas (Finance Procurement Sales & Distribution Logistics etc.).
Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end SAP solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with cloud solutions (SAP Cloud Platform AWS Azure etc.) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in SAP tools like Solution Manager ABAP Fiori and other related technologies.
Need to have a strong footprint in SAP technology stack (Business Suite BTP BDC Business AI) + architecture.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously often under tight deadlines.
Being able to cover for hybrid architectures and changing technologies is required.
Solution architects will have more of a delivery focus and support sales.
