SAP WFM/HCM Functional Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities
This position will provide expert-level business process guidance on Navy ERP’s SAP WFM requirements and design. This position requires in-depth knowledge of one or more functional areas relevant to SAP module(s) specifically in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ten (10) or more years of SAP HCM experience.
• Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more submodules of SAP HCM specifically WFM.
• Possesses subject matter expertise (SME) in developing solution designs performing configuration and development and unit testing.
• Clearance:
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher.
  • Must not have dual citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a recognized technical engineering scientific managerial business or other discipline related to the area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of progressive experience with design configuration and support of Workforce Management (WFM) and HRM.
• Experience in full life cycle implementation and application support of SAP HCM/WFM modules.
• Experience in postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP WFM modules (in a Tier 3 environment).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HCM/WFM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures.
