About The Team

The ADR Production team creates the English language dub tracks for our shows. Our goal is to produce outstanding creative content to delight and engage our audiences, partners and team members. As a group comprised of audio staff, voice directors, writers, and support staff, we work in a fast paced, creative environment.

Location: Dallas

Our headquarters is located in the Cypress Waters development of Coppell, TX where our group of cross-functional experts assemble to create experiences for our passionate communities.

This role works in the office M-F 11am -8PM. As the Talent Coordinator you will report to the Talent Manager.

About You:

• 3+ years experience managing complex scheduled and multiple calendars
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience working under tight deadlines and able to follow production schedules and timelines.
• Experience in entertainment or working with talent agencies.
• Experience handling confidential information
• Must have strong administrative skills and be service orientated

A day in the life of our Talent Coordinator:

• Schedule actors as needed, daily, both directly and through agencies
• Understand deadlines and recording workflow
• Works together with the Talent Manager, producers, voice directors, and production staff to ensure production schedules are met.
• Coordinate communication with talent
• Looks for efficiencies in booking while balancing deadlines
