Position Summary

Requirement:

Senior Scrum master handling 4 teams - Protegrity, Wandisco, Guardium, DMX upgrade)

Working with the Product Owners to create Epics/Stories/Subtasks in Jira

Handling all scrum ceremonies(Planning. Standup, retro, SoS, PO Sync)

Working with the RTE to handle pre PI readiness tasks

Create deliverables, epics, stories for new quarter

Clean up Jira and maintain the Team dashboard

Cleanup Agile View and integrate with Jira(for client leadership)

Cleanup Plan view for having the right deliverables with the accurate funding/non material details

Planning for the new quarter to create the accurate roadmap for each products

Assist team to handle any impediments (internal/external)

Attend meetings with platform owner/RTE & Cloudera/IBM(external vendors maintaining Hadoop ecosystem)

Attend the Governance call for releases and own the artifacts. Work with the team to create prod epics/stories/release tickets needed for the release

Coach the team continuously to be aware of the Jira tool and develop the Agile mindset

Attend the PI planning which will be a 3 day program (once every quarter). Regular PI planning tasks involved.

Setting up and driving adhoc meetings needed for backlog refinement/story pointing/working session to resolve technical issues.
