Seasonal Contract Associate

We are seeking a Seasonal Contracts Associate to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:

• Contract Management: Efficiently manage and track contracts using Ironclad, including routing, signatures, and archiving.
• Communication: Coordinate with finance, internal teams, and external parties for contract-related updates and information.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize contract records in Ironclad and G Drive, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
• Vendor and Third-Party Support: Assist with vendor onboarding, third-party tracking, and COI compliance.
• Date Monitoring: Keep track of contract end dates and notify stakeholders in advance.
• Process Enhancement: Continuously improve contract workflows, documentation, and communication processes.
• Legal Support: Handle NDA requests, document proofing, intellectual property management, and record verification.

What you bring to Uplight:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in contract administration or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Ironclad) and other relevant tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of legal processes and terminology

Hourly Range: $25.00 to $30.00
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
