In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Information and Data are some of the most important organizational assets in today’s businesses. As a Security Consultant you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client’s organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure our products are effectively deployed integrated assessed and optimized in alignment with effective security metrics.
- Work closely with R&D/Product/data teams or other internal departments to improve and enhance the products and services offered by ClarotyExperience with product or service delivery for security monitoring products
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and security principles (AWS/Azure). Deep understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols
- Knowledge and understanding of various security control frameworks (e.g. IEC62443 NERC CIP NIST NCSC CAF). Knowledge of Perdue Reference Architecture
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with the application of threat modeling or other risk identification techniques. Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity assessments for both OT & IT security
- Deep understanding of Operational Technologies such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software RTUs HMI and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Understanding of processes involved in the delivery of network forensics threat intelligence & incident response functions.
- Provide technical direction and act as the Subject Matter Expert as it relates to Claroty’s product (Claroty Continuous Threat Detection (CTD)) portfolio & cybersecurity architecture.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Create designs by interpreting Customer Security & Operational requirements.
- Deliver architecture principal workshops & training
- Provide advisory presentations and designs to customers. Create and manage an Architecture Knowledge Bas
