Security Officer

Overview: Join our team at Good Guard Security as a Security Officer and play a vital role in safeguarding our clients' premises. We are seeking individuals with exceptional conflict management skills, a commitment to safety, and a strong sense of responsibility. Duties: 1. Access Control: Monitor and manage access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises. 2. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols, utilize CCTV systems, and maintain vigilant surveillance to detect and deter suspicious activities. 3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents following established protocols to ensure the safety of all individuals on-site. 4. Incident Reporting: Document and report all incidents, accidents, or security breaches accurately and in a timely manner. 5. Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required. 6. Maintain Order: Enforce security protocols, rules, and regulations to uphold order and create a secure environment. 7. Communication: Maintain clear and efficient communication with the security team, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders. 8. Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on security procedures and industry best practices. 9. Adherence to Policies: Strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times. Experience: - Possession of Conflict Management certification is preferred. - First aid, CPR, or military training is advantageous. - Prior experience in law enforcement, surveillance, loss prevention, or related fields is beneficial. -Medical experience is a plus!!!!!!!!
