Security Officer Burien, WA (24-26phr)

Noble Protection Group, LLC, is seeking Security Officers to provide a visibly deterrent presence for clients in a retail environment. Active unarmed security guard license holders are preferred. Schedule: Multiple schedules are available and can be discussed at interview time! • Qualifications: • Unarmed security licenses are a plus! • Strong observational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Great customer service and verbal deescalation skills • Must possess a working smart phone and have the ability to use smart apps. • Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. Starting wage is $24 - $26 per hour. Pay is bi-weekly, via direct deposit. Responsibilities • Provide a visibly deterrent presence to ensure safety. • Manage conflict situations with effective communication skills. • Collaborate with management as needed and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. • Uphold all security policies and procedures to protect staff and customers.
