What’s in it for you: • Set schedules: • Schedule 1 : Wednesday - Friday 6AM - 6 PM ( 36 Hours / Full Time) • Schedule 2 : Friday - Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM ( 36 Hours / Full Time) • Competitive hourly wage of $19.50(DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) • A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options • We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Campus • Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld • Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Response Security Guard: • Monitor the premises to ensure security • Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity • Control access points and verify identities • Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security • Write detailed reports on events and incidents • Collaborate with authorities during serious situations • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for Response Security Guard: • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) • You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – preferred! • You have a Texas Security License or ability to obtain one • Have to be21 years of age or olderas required by applicable law or contractual requirements • MUSThave a valid drivers license • You are able to pass a background check and drug test In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to beCertified by Great Place to Work.
