We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Selection Specalist ( Recruiter) with experience to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a good understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening shortlisting interviews selection and onboarding.
- Source candidates through Job Portals (Naukri LinkedIn Indeed) social media employee referrals and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update ATS/HR systems
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Support bulk/volume hiring when required
- 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Proven understanding of technical skill sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with & Utilization of ATS applications
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HR practices hiring metrics and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Cross skill sourcing Knowledge
- Exposure in Bulk hiring virtual Interview drive and event-based hiring is a plus.
