As Selection Specialist you will have the opportunity to raise the bar by executing various recruitment strategies to identify select and deliver diverse high-quality talent to meet the company's hiring demands. You will be the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers supporting the entire hiring lifecycle and meeting with your colleagues at one of our global hubs.
Responsibilities:
• Work with Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Utilise market expertise in different strategic skills to identify and acquire the best talent.
• Responsible for keeping the pipeline system accurately updated at all times.
• Develop candidates' interest in available positions.
• Identify target companies communities and professional associations that can inform search parameters.
• Utilise agile methodologies to facilitate data integrity and systems integration.
• Utilise Data/Insights/KPIs to inform and improve search/hiring results.
• Mentor other team members to help generate the candidate pipeline.
* Fluency in English and (Spanish OR French OR Italian OR German) is mandatory (spoken and written)
* Experience recruiting for EMEA
* Experience using online sourcing techniques.
* Experience building relationships and consulting with Hiring Managers.
* Ability to effectively learn new processes and tools.
* Ability to work following metrics / KPIs and to analyze reports with data extracted from various ATS tools.
