Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior 3D Animator / Motion Graphics Artist to join our Digital Web Team at a leading global technology company. In this leadership role you will not only create visually stunning animations and motion graphics but also guide and inspire a team of designers to elevate their work. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the motion design strategy managing stakeholder expectations and delivering exceptional content that enhances our web experiences and drives the company’s digital transformation.

• Develop high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics that set the standard for visual storytelling enhancing our digital platforms in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Apply advanced expertise in materials textures lighting shading and motion to deliver polished innovative visuals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to designers helping them integrate motion design concepts into their work and improve their technical and creative skills.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-focused team environment ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers content strategists and developers to align motion design work with broader business objectives.
• Manage expectations of stakeholders by effectively communicating project timelines scope and creative vision.
• Lead initiatives to explore and implement new tools techniques and trends in 3D animation and motion graphics to keep the team at the cutting edge of digital design.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of exceptional results.
• Develop and execute creative concepts that tell compelling stories through animation resonating with diverse global audiences and reinforcing the company’s leadership in digital transformation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation Motion Graphics Digital Arts or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Deep experience in 3D animation and motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in high-impact projects.
• Experience in a leadership role managing teams or projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Expert Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in 3D animation software such as Blender Cinema 4D Maya or equivalent along with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator).
• Leadership and Mentorship: Proven ability to guide and develop team members fostering creativity and technical growth.
• Creative and Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute animations that align with brand goals and elevate the user experience.
• Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage expectations influence decision-making and present ideas to senior leadership.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Web Expertise: Experience optimizing motion graphics for web platforms particularly within AEM or similar CMS environments.
• Fluent level of English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system.
