Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Senior Digital Designer to join our dynamic Web Creative Team within a leading global technology company. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your supreme design skills creative vision and leadership acumen to shape world-class web experiences at a leading global technology company.

In this role you will conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that translate complex business problems into compelling user experiences. Using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful pixel-perfect web designs that push creative boundaries. As a senior member of the team you will also be instrumental in mentoring and inspiring a growing team of designers fostering creativity and driving excellence in every project.

• Develop high-quality visually stunning web designs and experiences that align with business goals and user needs.
• Generate big ideas and concepts that resonate with target audiences solving complex problems with clarity and creativity.
• Ensure impeccable attention to detail and maintain design consistency across all projects.
• Work closely with UX designers web strategists developers and project managers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders through presentations prototypes and visuals.
• Lead and inspire a team of creatives fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
• Mentor junior designers providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.
• Advocate for design excellence and stay ahead of industry trends to keep the team at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Contribute to the evolution of design processes standards and best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align design strategies with business objectives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in digital/web design preferably in a fast-paced agency or technology company setting.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering web experiences using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience working with content management systems is essential.

Skills:

• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities with a portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful design projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail typography and layout skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into creative solutions that meet both user and client needs.
• Fluent level of English

• Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and inspire a team of creatives.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
