How you'll make an impact:

• You will use a combination of solid accounting knowledge along with problem solving skills to investigate, research solutions, and recommend process enhancements to make our whole accounting system the best in class. 
• You will design and execute special data queries, reports, reconciliations, and analysis across all Match brands and departments via SQL, VBA, excel power queries, and similar tools
• You will provide leadership in working with our BI team to develop meaningful reports and lead work on current and new special projects such as revenue recognition, order to cash, and chart of account redesign
• You will maintain “CPA” level knowledge of technical accounting and tax regulations and collaborate with Audit to evaluate, manage, and recommend control solutions
• You will research and recommend new applications and technologies to achieve “best in class” accounting systems

We could be a match if:

• You have an Accounting or Finance degree and 5 years of experience with accounting and working with accounting systems (implementation, report customizations, process flows)
• You have superior analytical skills to investigate, research, and resolve problems
• You have experience with SQL (DB joins, query parameters) and advanced Excel skills (power query)
• You have experience with Workday Financials (or similar ERP systems)
• CPA is a plus
