Senior Information Security Analysts (Offensive Engineering) assist with strategic initiatives for short- as well as long-term plans to identify and reduce the attack surface across applications and systems. The role is technical, and candidates must possess a solid understanding of information security along with data engineering experience. Your primary focus will be on integrating with APIs, Storage Accounts, SQL Databases, and NoSQL Databases to extract and load data efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of data ingestion, transformation, and loading techniques, as well as experience with monitoring and auditing data processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data ingestion processes using Azure Data Factory.
• Integrate with various data sources, including APIs, Storage Accounts, SQL Databases, and NoSQL Databases.
• Implement full refresh and incremental data ingestion methods to efficiently retrieve data.
• Perform data transformation tasks to remove duplicates and ensure data quality.
• Utilize Release Process & develop automated Pipeline as per documented Software Engineer practices
• Monitor the execution status of data processes and maintain an audit trail for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design efficient data ingestion workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and Azure Data Factory.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of relative experience
• Bachelor's degree (in computer science, engineering, MIS or related field), or equivalent work experience.

Critical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, and loading techniques.
• Proficiency in working with APIs, Storage Accounts, SQL Databases, and NoSQL Databases.
• Experience with data monitoring, auditing, and maintaining data pipelines.
• Familiarity with data transformation methods for ensuring data quality.
• Ability to design and implement efficient data ingestion workflows.
• Experience with security related tools and data associated with the platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with Databricks for advanced data processing and analytics is a plus

• Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated strategic and tactical thinking, along with decision-making skills and business acumen.

Certifications:

• Preferably, one or more of the following: CISSP, CCSP, or CRISC

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$110,000 - $183,300
