Senior Analyst/Manager, Risk Management

The exchange team develops and maintain a cutting-edge trading platform. With a global presence across APAC, EMEA and North America, the team has since grown with the goal to provide a seamless and secure trading experience for our clients.

About the role

We are seeking a senior risk analyst/risk manager to join our exchange team, which helps manage the risk across Crypto.com Exchange. You will be contributing to the building of a fast growing trading platform with innovative crypto products. For all roles, we look for people who are passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrency innovation and equipped with energy, act as owners, and have exemplary work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor market and liquidity risk across the Exchange and ensure immediate escalation of material issues to risk managers or relevant stakeholders.
• Help design relevant alerts, risk reports and limits to ensure market and liquidity risk exposures are properly calculated and managed.
• Periodically review and calibrate risk parameters according to market conditions.
• Implement and document standard operational processes related to new product listing, product parameters and model parameters calibration.
• Research industry trends on risk related topics for further business development and promote balance between user experience and risk mitigation solutions..

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in a financial, quantitative or computer science discipline.
• 3+ years of trading, data analysis or risk analysis related working experience.
• Working experience in any exchanges or brokers would be highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Good Knowledge in trading, market risk, counterparty risk, margin concept and financial derivatives (e.g. futures and options) are desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Good communication skills to engage with different teams.
