Role: Senior Consultant
Location: San Jose, Costa Rica (Remote)

Job Description:

Candidates must be fungible to work on various parts of the technology stack and move across applications every sprint. This decision will be with customer based on business priorities. Candidates should also be flexible to perform testing, work on documentation, collect and document detailed requirements as the project scope demands.
Candidates must also be flexible to pick up new skills within the boundary if required

Candidate will be expected to participate in all phases of software development lifecycle and will need to follow Agile Development methodology. Ability to understand Data set and relationship between the diverse types of data across sources and format. Troubleshoot and address data related issues.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 3-5 years of related experience

• Skills and levels of experience (Full Stack Development)
• MSSQL - stored procedures, view etc , experience on migration of database to different servers
• Entity Framework - code first development with migrations
• Unit testing
• Docker/K8s - required for ROSE (basic understanding if sufficient)
• VUE and/or Angular experience preferred
• NET framework/.NET Core - core understanding on settings, configurations, web API
• PostgreSQL, Oracle. DB skill - table design, SQL performance tuning, SSIS
• Ability to understand Data set and relationship between the diverse types of data across sources and format. Troubleshoot and address data related issues
• Good troubleshooting skills involving Backend-Frontend interactions
• Experience with agile software development practice, scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.

• Scrum Methodology
• Participate in scrum ceremonies to provide updates
• deliver items per cadence meeting acceptance criteria
• break down task and stories, provide accurate estimation of work
• report velocity, burn down rate
• Issue troubleshooting
• PosGresql SQL, Oracle
• DB skill - table design, SQL performance tuning, SSIS
• Python
• Security - ensure AppSec scanning >85%, (SemGrep/Checkmark scan)
• Code robustness - ensure no reduction and more than 40%
