Senior Assurance Associate

We are looking for an experienced Senior Assurance Associate to join our client's growing team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading audit engagements, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with rigorous standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements Apply and interpret GAAS and audit methodologies effectively Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing ongoing feedback and training Perform technical accounting research and draft client communications Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA eligibility required; CPA preferred) Minimum of 3 years of public accounting or relevant audit experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and internal control frameworks Demonstrated supervisory experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with audit and research software preferred For confidential consideration, apply today or contact Tracy Sperry at Robert Half for more information.
