Job Description

Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret needs and translate business requirement into application
Work independently with users to understand the biz requirements and convert the biz requirements to user stories
Ability to engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements in an agile delivery methodology
Experience in managing the requirements / user stories through the ADO platform
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
