What you will do in this role 🧐

You will be working in the API enablement team as part of the Platform domain. Your role will be crucial in developing API standards as defined by API architects to help guide feature teams in following best practices. In addition you will be part of the team responsible for maintenance and configuration of API developer portal as an offering towards feature teams. Our code base has a high test coverage, we apply continuous integration and we love to automate stuff to squeeze out manual steps in our process.

Our perfect match has/is: 💗

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Backend Development
• You have experience working with Python (especially with a web frameworks like Django, Flask or FastAPI) and Javascript
• You have a solid understanding of HTTP and ReST architecture
• You understand the fundamentals of database design principles
• You are familiar with OpenAPI Specification
• You have experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or similar solutions
• You love documentation and writing technical specifications
• You can design a web application architecture
• You have experience with Gitlab CI/CD, Gitlab Actions, Jenkins or similar tools.
• You have a good command of English and will be able to communicate with English-speaking team members and clients
• You are eager to learning, improving, problem solving and knowledge sharing

This position is open to worldwide candidates. We offer (in-house) relocation assistance, which will make sure that you have a smooth relocation process. 🏠

• A relocation allowance of €3.000 (net) to help you cover the costs of your move to the Netherlands.
