Senior Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to assist in managing financial records for our client. This role requires expertise in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The position is fully remote and offers flexibility while being part of a growing team.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Process accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

• Collaborate with accountants to assist with audits and tax returns.

• Assist in preparing financial data for budgeting and forecasting.

• Monitor and report on the organization’s financial status.

• Handle payroll and other administrative financial tasks.

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work independently and remotely.

• Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance.

• Experience with audits and tax filings is an advantage.
