MyTraffic, the European leader in location insights, is looking for a Senior Client Strategic Advisor to join the Business Value team and help us bring the Enterprise business to the next level.Β
Leveraging your expertise in advising C-level executives to achieve their strategic goals, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering and qualifying client needs to drive ambitious, high-impact solutions. Your contributions will directly fuel ARR growth, create upsell opportunities, and ensure successful contract renewals, making you a key partner in our long-term client success.

You will report directly to our VP Business Value & will work closely with the VP Sales & VP Strategy & Operations and their teams. Your scope will cover all geographies & industries, with a focus on enterprise / larger accounts. You will be part of the Business Value Team, which is responsible for delivering high-value custom solutions to our clients, focusing on household logos & large clients.
You will benefit from direct exposure to the entire C-Suite, especially our CEO & CRO.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Strategic Advisor, a hybrid role blending strategic consulting, sales acumen, and project management. This position is pivotal in driving value for both new and existing clients, collaborating with Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and the Professional Services (PS) team to craft bespoke solutions that address critical business challenges.
Your mission is threefold:
Act as a strategic partner for clients and prospects & help them solve their business challenges, thus unlocking ARR growth opportunities for MyTraffic
Drive business development in exploratory markets (new solutions, data sets, client personas etc.), selling autonomously when necessary or collaborating with AEs
Oversee high stakes solution design & delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders, especially the Professional Services team, to ensure we deliver value to our clients with excellent execution
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic Client Engagement
Engage strategic conversations with C-level & senior execs, positioning our offering as critical for solving client business challenges.
Partner with AEs & CSM to reinforce high stake acquisition & churn fighting, leveraging in-depth client knowledge to identify opportunities for MyTraffic.
Elevate the ability of AEs and CSMs to craft impactful narratives, enhancing the likelihood of success of commercial engagement in the Enterprise space.
2) New Business Exploration
Research and validate new industries, client personas, and use cases as potential growth opportunities.
Define the go-to-market strategy for validated new opportunities, writing the playbook that AEs will follow
Drive initial client conversations in exploratory segments, focusing on unlocking business opportunities and quick wins, if necessary autonomously or in close collaboration with AEs
3) Project Delivery Coordination
Identify client needs requiring tailored solutions and translate these into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams responsible for solution development
Oversee the delivery of custom, high stakes projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives & excellent execution
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for strategic projects
Qualifications
You have 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or client-facing strategic roles, with a proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
You have demonstrated expertise in managing and delivering complex projects in collaboration with technical teams.
You have great communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating insights with precision and impact.
You have a strong business mindset and entrepreneurial attitude, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
You are rigorous and highly structured, with strong leadership and project management abilities.
You are fluent in English and French. Spanish / German is a plus.
