Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our cloud architecture to meet business needs, focusing on AWS and related technologies. You will work on CI/CD pipelines, manage streaming services, and develop applications in Kotlin while contributing to the performance analysis and design of RESTful APIs. This is a unique opportunity to make impactful design decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize cloud architecture based on business requirements and trade-off analysis.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment processes.
• Manage and enhance Amazon Managed Streaming for Kafka services.
• Create and maintain applications using Kotlin, with a focus on the Android ecosystem.
• Conduct performance analysis, systems debugging, and API design to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Implement caching solutions to improve application performance.
• Address IAM and security-related topics on AWS to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Utilize Jetpack & Compose libraries to enhance application functionality.
• Version control using GitLab/Git.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, with a strong willingness to make design decisions and conduct trade-off analysis.
• Proven experience and interest in CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Amazon Managed Streaming for Kafka.
• Proficient in Kotlin programming language and knowledgeable about the Android ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fintech/payment domain.
• Strong background in performance analysis, systems debugging, and API design.
• Familiarity with the JVM ecosystem and Android OS internals.
• Experience in building RESTful web services using Swagger.
• Knowledge of caching solutions.
• Understanding of IAM and security practices on AWS.
• Experience with Jetpack & Compose libraries.
• Proficient in GitLab/Git.
