Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and driving impactful change? We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our advisory team, where you will have the opportunity to work across diverse sectors in private, public, and innovation streams.

This position is open across all Civitta locations: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Uzbekistan.

You will:

• Lead collaborative teams in delivering high-impact solutions for clients in various domains, including strategy development, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and market research;
• Build and nurture partnerships with public institutions, NGOs, and international organizations to drive community welfare initiatives and innovative policy solutions that enhance citizens' lives;
• Facilitate innovation by guiding governments, universities, and corporations in developing ecosystems that promote entrepreneurship, research commercialization, and sustainable growth for start-ups and SMEs;
• Conduct comprehensive analyses, benchmark progress, and utilize your expertise to recommend best practices that foster social and economic development;
• Mentor and lead junior consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth within the team.

Requirements:

• Masters degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in consulting or a related field;
• Ability to lead projects and teams effectively;
• Fluent level of English language as well as fluent level of local language;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making;
• Proven experience working with diverse client bases, from private sector businesses to public organizations and innovation-focused entities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive collaboration;
• A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to creating tangible outcomes for clients and communities;
• Ability to work from office at least 3 times/week.
